We, at Raga Gasket, manufacture and exporter a wide range of ring type joint gaskets and s.s valves and pipe fittings in Bhiwadi (india), We have our own casting foundry for making the Ring Joint Gasket through centrifugal casting. We have 3 vertical casting machines and one horizontal casting machine. We have complete facility for making Ring Joint gasket. We have complete foundry and complete machining shop, everything we done in our home. We have a spectrometer of Broker Germany. We test our all the raw material before using and after malting we test it again. Ring Joint Gaskets are used as sealants for flanged joints that are subjected to high pressure and temperature conditions in the oil fields. We manufacture a wide range of ring joint gaskets manufactured through centrifugal casting using alloys like SS 316, Inconel 825, Inconel 625, Monal 400, Alloy 20 and other high alloys like Nickel, Molybdenum and Chrome etc. Moreover, for manufacturing the best quality ring joint gaskets, we have employed 150 professionals at our manufacturing facility. We also have one fully established production line for enhancing the productivity and quality of gaskets, the organization is in the process of obtaining quality certification from the American Petroleum Institute (API), which is due to their quality and durability of ring joint gaskets, automotive components and joint kit gaskets.
Our quality of products has been appreciated well by our customers and in locations across India. It is only due to the quality of our ring gaskets that we have earned such a reputation in the markets. The American Petroleum Institute is in the process of accreditation our organization on the basis of the above grounds.
