In year 2005 started planting castor (type: RICINNUS COMMUNIS LINN) plantation in Bengkulu, Sumatra, Indonesia. (It is not JATROPHA CURCAS type. )
All those years, we kept cultivating, expanding and accumulating the plantation areas. Our program has succeeded and resulted in mutual benefits programs to interested farmers. My company, a privately owned, supplied free castor beans as seeds and fertilizer and other related supports to our farmers.
In trials and errors to achieve maximum output of castor seeds for each tree, we were able to increase the harvesting output for each tree from 3 KG up to 6 KG in one year. The average harvesting for each plant is 4 KG-5 KG per one year.
We are expanding our capability in producing the castor oil, Therefore, we need financing in purchasing additional machinery and 21, 000 hectares of lands.
