ABOUT US

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company. We are a furniture manufacturing company with worldwide experience, based in Indonesia.

We produce quality furniture. With ranges from, the classic style of the early 1600s, through to the modern style of today. We are a well established and progressive company that have now been trading for some 10 years and have developed a customer base that is of the more discerning type who are looking to remain in and expand their business by supplying their retail and wholesale customers with a product that is of a good merchantable quality and design, that can be sold at a competitive price (like most successful companies).


PRODUCTION CAPACITY
We are currently shipping an average in excess of one hundred - 40ft HC containers annually.


OUR CUSTOMER BASE
We export to customers in a variety of different countries around the world. With climate varying from very cold, as in Canada through to the temperate climate of the UK & Ireland, to Dry and mild climate in South Africa, right through to very hot and dry climate in Kuwait.



OUR PRODUCTION METHODS
We have until now been utilizing the local small furniture maker and we are spending the majority of our production time with the quality control, servicing and finishing of the furniture we supply. We are using the small producer at this time in our development mainly because it allows us to offer our customers a large variety of quality handmade products that we would find impossible to produce in-house. We are assisting these local craftsmen to produce a quality merchantable product by drying their timber in our kiln drying facility, training them in construction methods and by taking charge of the quality control process necessary to produce a quality product. This entails employing a team technical assistants who visit our approved suppliers on a regular base to inspect and advise on the quality of the furniture they produce for us. This is followed up with in house quality control at every stage of finishing. Starting at goods-in, right through to the packing & shipping....



DRY WOOD
By allowing our suppliers to utilize our professional kiln drying facility, to dry their wood, we have minimized the risk of shrinkage and cracking, which has dogged the industry here in Indonesia for sometime.


NEW PRODUCTS
We liaise with our customers in the development of new models, right from the conception of the idea through to the successful launch of the new product.
