The best variety is from our region, Sleman - Yogyakarta.The fruit grow in clusters at the base of the palm, and are also known as snake fruit due to the reddish-brown scaly skin. The taste is usually sweet and a bit acidic. The texture is like apple, and dry and crumbly.The fruit is picked and peeled in a hygienic manner to ensure the cleanliness.Vacuum Frying technology is applied in order to result to very crispy snack, completely dry with natural taste 100% reserved. Very sweet and crunchy (no flavoring additives and preservatives).
