All furniture is traditionally made from solid mahogany.Also we use MDF board or plywood in manufacture of our products.We have until now been utilizing the local small furniture maker and we are spending the majority of our production time with the quality control, servicing and finishing of the furniture we supply. We are assisting these local craftsmen to produce a quality merchantable product by drying their timber in our kiln drying facility, training them in construction methods and by taking charge of the quality control process necessary to produce a quality product. This entails employing a team technical assistants who visit our approved suppliers on a regular base to inspect and advise on the quality of the furniture they produce for us. This is followed up with in house quality control at every stage of finishing. Starting at goods-in, right through to the packing & shipping.
