The firm was founded in 1949 by the Razzazchian family under the name of 444 Trading House. It was engaged in importation and services of agricultural, construction, industrial m/c & equipment as well as manufacturing some light agricultural construction equipment at its workshop.
In 1982, the name changed to Machinalat 444 Shomal/MCS, registered officially under No.605/552. The company is still engaged in the same business but in a more extensive way particularly involved in the following business segments thorough its own independent departments:
