The one and only manufacturer of Electric Mopeds in Iran
Niroo Docharkh Company (NDC) was the first company granted licensing and permits by local and federal authorities in 2005 to manufacture Electric Motorcycles (E-Mopeds) in Iran. In the next 2 years, the management team successfully formed a Joint Venture partnership with Saderat Bank Iran to finance its manufacturing plant in the Province of Semnan, about 100 km South of Capital City Tehran.
In 2007, NDC obtained necessary permits to manufacture 10,000 E-Mopeds per year. Technical specifications and quality of NDC E-Mopeds were later certified by Institute of Standard and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI).
NDC has since obtained international certificates including ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO18001.
NDC E-Mopeds are recognized by Traffic Authorities for registration and road use. NDC is the only manufacturer with such permit in the country.
