My company specialises in the trading of Beef, Pork, Mutton and Lamb both fresh and frozen including all offals at the moment within Europe.
I started by myself as a trading operation July 2004 after working in the Irish beef trade for 5 years and then a 2 year trading role with a large English Trading house. This is where I gained my knowledge of the products I work with and trading knowledge.
I trade approx 3000 + tonnes of product yearly and am always open to looking for new contacts.
I currentley buying and selling Irish, British, German, Dutch, French, Italian, South American, African, Australian and New Zealand Beef, Lamb, Pork (cuts and offals) .
I would like to expand and meat other Traders / Agents and End Users in other Asian and Eastern European Countries.
