1. As a support to this expansion Sala family acquired new factory that can hold all equipment necessary to manufacture our products and allows more dynamicity and organisation from each point of view.(on all accounts)
2. Particular attention is turned to research-development-technology innovation of the products and equipment-machinery by planning CAD in three-dimensional and robotics of various production trials.
3. Realisation of the bodies is made by using vertical press-machine, in automatically, and other machines used for the cutting of the brass bar, heating of the pieces , pressing , and final shearing of the pieces.
4. For mechanic processing are used automatic CNC transfer machines. They are guaranty of the best executive quality served by anthropomorphic robots with final wash of the pieces in proper dryer.
5. We pay high attention on quality of our product making controls with certificated equipment and automatic machineries. For this purpose we create internal laboratory for checking different tightness and calibration tests, with a possibility of realization test reports for the products we have tested.
6. In 2001 as a guarantee of high standard acquired during a years inherent to our products, running of our production and marketing Unival Srl achieved certification UNI EN ISO 9002:1994 for quality system which later was conformed according to normative UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
7. Galvanic treatments ( chromium-plating and nickel-plating ) made on valve bodies are made in automatically with frames made on purpose and fitted in tanks filled with necessary liquids that are composing galvanic plant itself obtaining finishing homogeneous and with controlled thickness, oriented to last in time without changes.
8. Particular attention is paid on assembling and tests for which we use machineries studied specially for this purpose that guarantee correct assembling of various components, calibration and control of each single piece made in production line with use of certificated auxiliary electronic equipment with proper software enable to make reports related to the lot of production which is to be delivered to our client as a further guarantee of MADE IN ITALY.

10. Packaging is studied and distinguished on the basis of clients and market requests and is held under control my means of strictly internal procedures.
