Company is a handycraft's company operating since 1995 in the field of fresh Piadina and Cascioni, two delicious traditional regional food products from the Romagna. Our basic product is the Piadina, a bread-like tasty dough disk traditionally served folded in two and filled with ham, cold cuts, melting cheese types and cooked vegetables. Our prime product, however, for which we are nr.1 in Italy is the production of fresh Cascioni, pocket-like welded Piadina filled with delicious creamy fillings.9 versions are available: Tomatoe and mozzarella cheese - mushrooms, tomatoe and mozzarella cheese - potatoe and sausage - spinach and mozzarellla cheese - spinach and sausage - rocket and fresh cheese - Parmesan, gorgonzola and mozzarella cheeses - ham and mozzarella cheese, and a marvellous sweet version filled with chocolate and chestnut cream....
