Its role is to identify the needs of businesses in sub Saharan Africa, mainly in Ivory Coast, and then propose to them shared solutions. The needs are presented in the form of a development plan and not a mere request for the purchase or sale of products / services. During this needs identification phase, companies receive technical assistance from LINKAFE for project development activities.
