We like to combine technology with tradition, modern techniques with a century old experience. Balsamic of Modena P.G.I. vinegar , wine vinegar,, traditional balsamic vinegar , balsamic sauce, Condiments, and organic vinegars, Balsamic raisins make up the range of our products. An internal equipped laboratory is in charge of the quality control to constant insure level of quality in our products. The Quality control management system is certificated UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 since 2006 and our products are certificated according the BRC Global Standard
