Dear Company,
we're an electronic manufacturer from Italy, and we're looking for a company
which can sell us plastic enclosures and can open new moulds for us.
We have two requests:
REQUEST #1:
We should start ASAP producing a remote control for gates and garage doors,
3-4 buttons, CR2032 battery.
We need to find an already available plastic enclosure for this product
(estimated quantity is 20kpcs/year).
If you have one or more plastic cases suitable for a remote control, please
send me photos and dimensions of those enclosures, and also quote us 5000pcs.
This is a product that should be sold soon, so there is no time to open a new
mould for it.
Also, we are an electronic manufacturer so we ONLY need the case, not the
electronic board inside!
REQUEST #2:
In 2 months we should start to produce another remote control for gates and
garage doors, with 2-4 buttons and 12V A23 battery.
We need to find an already available enclosure for it, and if we don't find a
good one we'll need to open a new mold, so we're looking also for companies
who has the ability to make a new mould; we'll provide quoted 2D designes and
electronic board.
How long for making the 3D design, the mould and molding the first samples?
Also, I need to know the mold price and enclosure price (10kpcs/lot,
20kcps/year).
