Italdecor SRL, specialized on the production of lacquered furniture panels and components, was founded in 1989 as Elite SRL (Elite SRL currently is a real estate business unit)
LOCATION:
Our three plants (with a covered space of 6000 sqm. ) are in Pramaggiore,
in the middle of three furniture districts: Venezia, Treviso, Pordenone.
PRODUCTION: Around 1. 000. 000 pieces by year with high quality standard,
thanks to our manufacturing process entirely industrialized.
PRODUCTS: Your projects are our products.
From project to product, we develop in our plants the entire manufacturing process,
thanks to our competence in mass-customized production based on the instructions that the customers give us (drawings and technical requirements)
PRODUCTION: Advanced technologies and environmental respect.
The object of our continuous investments is the manufacturing process optimization, paying attention to: quality and delivery time customers expectations, environmental laws, healthcare workers.
LACQUERING, COLORS: The same colour of your sample, constant over time.
We analyze your sample with our spectrophotometer, in order to obtain the perfect mix of colours and reproduce every time the same of your sample.

supplying of cutting raw material: MDF, HDF, CHIPBOARDS
internal mechanical services: pantograph, edging, drilling, milling
prime coating: polyester type, polyester type without styrol, polyurethan type
lacquering: polyurethan type, acrylic type (with spraying robot CEFLA SPRAYBOTIC and an automatic robot CEFLA ROC 3)
polishing: (with nr. 2 surfaces sanding automatic machines TAGLIABUE and nr. 2 edging sanding automatic machines TAGLIABUE)
packaging: pallet, single carton box, with protective film
