1. Any comfort in regards of seller's past performance can be shown only in seller's office.
2. After signing final contract and before issuing any payment instrument, Seller's bank is willing to send an official letter to buyer or his bank to confirm that their client has been in sugar deal in past and has available allocation to execute the contract. This can be classifies as Partial POP.
3. Since the seller is end seller, therefore seller is happy to invite buyer or his representative to loading port while ship is loading. It's non-sence if you hear that inspection in loading port is prohibited
All orders are subject to approval by our Selling Principals for whom we act as Representatives or Authorized Mandates
