Since the establishment, MORI & COMPANY,LTD have focused on research and development through world's greatest genetic resource and have been working on the development of new products by setting up not only the basic research department but also the research development department in each project. In mushroom spawn development related sections, we produce various high-grade mushroom spawn like Shiitake mushroom using advanced incubation techniques. It is provided to farming villagers across the country by our sales engineers and sales representatives who have expert knowledges and rich experiences. Moreover, our factories with quality standards mass-produce a number of processed mushroom products sent to the tables nationwide.
Innovative method, "continuous production system for sawdust cultivation of mushrooms"
While we make an effort to maintain and expand traditional wood-log cultivation, MORI & COMPANY,LTD completed mass production system attributed to sawdust substrate cultivation which spread rapidly and plays an essential role in the cultivation of fresh shiitake mushrooms in recent years.
"continuous production system for sawdust cultivation of mushrooms", different from the conventional method where filling of the medium, disinfection and inoculation of fungus are processed separately, is the world's first method to spread hypha to the mushroom bed within a short period of time by operating entire process cycle consecutively. This method enable mushroom beds to increase the yield, cultivate in a short time.
Setting the factory furnished with the system at Numata-Shi in Gunma Prefecture as a basis , MORI & COMPANY,LTD provides mushroom beds to major producer across the country and support managerial backbone of shiitake mushroom business.
