Our main business is the manufacture of aluminum containers using the impact press method. We developed high precision impact press containers for lithium ion batteries with support from the Japanese government.
Furthermore, by performing ironing after impact press, we are developing high precision circular tubes. We research and develop technically challenging impact press technology.
Our company has divided and changed its name in the past, but the business was started in 1938, and we have been manufacturing impact press aluminum tubes (chemical containers) since 1950. We have also been manufacturing aluminum tubes for markers since 1960. Our manufacturing facilities have been designed and manufactured in-house, and since 1993, we have been working on the design, manufacture and sale of a variety of automation machines. Presently, we are manufacturing devices such as rubber roller machines to make rubber rollers used in printers and photocopiers, primer application devices, 2 fluid resin mixture application devices and electrolytic fluid injection devices for batteries.
