Introduction:
We are a carpet manufacturer established in 1972 and now holding a 60% share of the Japanese rug market. Our carpet yarns are made of PET bottles that we recycle ourselves. Our company is located in Japan's carpet-producing region of Osaka Prefecture.
Our products:
We recycle PET bottles and turn them into pellets in Japan, and then turn them into fiber and produce carpets at our factories in Thailand and China.
We have sufficient production capacity to meet your needs.
PET flakes: 10,000 t/year
PET pellets: 10,000 t/year
Dope dyed polyester fiber: 6,000 t/year
Needle punched fabric: 10 M square meters/year
PP woven cloth: 20 M square meters/year
Carpets & rugs: 15 M square meters/year
We have the equipment to manufacture carpets entirely in-house in an integrated process from PET recycling to finished product. To provide higher added value in our products, we blend in a variety of functional agents and natural materials in response to customer requests.
Certifications and awards:
Our Thai factory is ISO 9001-certified through JQA, and our Chinese factory is ISO 9001-certified through SGS.
Domestic business record and exports:
Inside Japan, we have many years of experience doing business with most major retailers, and we also supply major wholesalers with OEM products intended for furniture shops and other specialists. Furthermore, we export products to Southeast Asian countries including Thailand and Vietnam, conducting sales to major retailers and furniture stores.
