We are transforming to more of a proposal-based enterprise in order to meet the needs of our customers. With a main focus on aluminum material, we specialize in integrated production covering everything from material procurement and forming to machining and assembly. We are constantly engaged in creative innovation in various ways.
Our head office is in the city of Ena, and we have two factories: one at our head office and another in the city of Taicang, China.
We are also beginning to offer global procurement not limited to China.
We provide integrated die cast production from 125T to 630T including machining. We can also offer surface treatment and assembly services.
Additionally, we can cut FC castings, perform press work and work with iron and plastic parts. Our integrated system includes everything from procurement of materials to finished products (set orders are also possible).
We handle everything from production of single prototypes and mass production of single items to mass production of tens of thousands of items (automated line).
We have established a quality assurance system that includes six 3D measuring instruments and excellent inspection equipment.
We also stress development and non-physical aspects. We offer our customers design proposals based on 3D CAD and various analyses.
We are currently developing new techniques, including new material.
