We have in-house technology for producing synthesized fluorocarbon resin components for coating agents exhibiting various functions such as water/oil repulsion, surface protection, moisture resistance, low friction, and mold release . Our processes allow product development to meet the specific needs of our customers. Many customers desire high-level specifications for their fluorine coating agents, and often, general-purpose products do not meet those requirements. This makes it necessary to develop fluorine resins specifically tailored to the application.
Besides resin properties, other parameters such as film thickness and solvent characteristics also come into play, leading to an vast number of possibilities for product specification.
