Since its establishment in 1974, our company has leveraged our proprietary vacuum and pipe technologies to plan and develop a wide range of original products while simultaneously developing our manufacturing and sales.
Our operations are broadly divided into four main areas: fluid control equipment business, environmental business, unit business, and heat exchanger business. We also devote much of our efforts to environmental improvement projects that promote environmentally conscious products and services. For these projects, we were awarded the Kanagawa Global Warming Prevention Award and the TAMA Environmental Manufacturing Award.
* Fluid control equipment business: We design, manufacture, and market equipment for semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing which require coolant. This equipment includes: flow meters, fittings, and collecting pipes
* Heat exchanger business: We have a long track record in fuel cell systems. Our heat exchangers are a next generation technology that reduces a flow channel's cross section by forming a multifoliate cross section that maintains the original heat transfer surface area prior to processing, thereby improving fluid speed and heat transfer efficiency.
* Environmental business: To our customers' problems with water, waste water purification, factory deodorization, and sterilization systems, we provide solutions using our proprietary ozone technology.
