We are introducing our group from Kisii Kenya dealing in soapstone carvings.
Our Group is called FATRINE SELF HELP GROUP, a community based organization that deals in soapstones.
It is registered under ministry of social services in our country Kenya.
The group has 15 members whereby majority are women.
AIMS OF THE GROUP:
1. To create self employment through soapstone carvings business to members and community.
2. To eradicate poverty through the soapstone business.
3. To reach the less fortunate people in the society examples orphans.
4-To take our children to school using the little we earn from the carvings
OUR SCOPE OF WORKING:
We had been in soapstones business since 1999 up to date.
We deal in all types of soapstones carvings, baskets and wood carvings.
