A wonderful concrete product is made according to concrete standard specifications and under the supervision of engineers. Precast concrete architectural products with glossy soft surfaces, made by a well prepared concrete mix and special additives, casted in plastic fiberglass-reinforced molds. Then cured in specific environmental conditions and are ready for installation without any additional operations, like polishing or smoothing.
This Precast concrete product is of medium strength [40 MPa] or high strength [60 MPa], can reinforced by steel or fiber, with its dimensions and shape chosen according to a few popular design and shapes. And we have prepared six standard pigments for coloring and put them within our production line. Besides, we are also pleased to put this product at the disposal of any other different design or geometric shape that architect may look for.
Technical Standards for Concrete Design Mixture and casting:
Design concrete mixture is according to ACI standard, concrete precast is according to PCI standard. Raw material used: Coarse Aggregates medium size Aggregates Fine Aggregates Gray Cement or White Cement along with additives and colors. Reinforcements are high strength steel, fiber glass or none, according to requirements.
Warranty
All pre-cast concrete products produced by TEO are covered by a limited one-year warranty. All materials, molds and production methods are of first quality but due to the natural materials used in our products, TEO reserves the right to review all warranty claims on an individual basis. Please inspect you order at the time of arrival to make sure the product is satisfactory and notify TEO immediately if you have any concerns.
