The RBM Building System, developed by RBM Building Machinery Trading Sdn Bhd, is an alternative and non-conventional method designed to replace the traditional bricks laying and plastering job method.

The techniques comprise of ingredients mixed in RBM Foam Concrete Machine Model : RBM - 1000 (Patent Granted MY - 133290 - A , Registered Trade Mark & Industrial Design ) in specific compositions, then pumped/infilled RBM insulated lightweight concrete into RBM formwork system, Upon RBM insulated lightweight concrete set within hours, the formwork will be dismantled and the partition or party walls will be ready, in triple quick time.

The RBM wall is excellent for thermal and sound insulation and 4 hours fire rating SIRIM tested with BOMBA approval.

This system is able to get a very good finishing with straight and smooth partition and party wall without plastering (only skim coating), thus reducing the plastering labour and saves time. Since the RBM insulated lightweight foam concrete technology with concrete 1200kg/m3 density is lighter than (half of the percentage) normal concrete/bricks, it is able to reduce the pilling and this system also does not require concrete truck or mobile crane.
