From a humble beginning in the late 1996's, EITA has grown to be a leading supplier to electrical contractors, switchboard fabricators and OEM in Malaysia. Today, the company has expended its business operations to other Asian countries. We have now ventured into manufacturing our own ballasts, vertical transportation system, cable management system, busduct system and fire rated cables. The EITA group in total has an asset of over USD15 million with banking facilities over USD30 million. EITA boasts of a 250 strong staff force with its headquarter located in Subang Jaya with over 10 branches offices in Malaysia. In overseas, EITA regional offices are located in Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Hanoi, Shanghai, and Munich Germany. The principle and partners come from USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Germany, India and Finland. We are proud to be the representative of many well known brands namely Betaflam, Fuji Electric, Larsen, Toubro, GE, Furukawa, Kyoritsu, Sanyo and etc. In 1997, EITA ventured into ELEVATOR business with the strong technical support from Schneider Steuerungstechnik GmbH, German by establishing a local assembling plant and R&D centre in Malaysia. The main objectives are to localize the elevator product to improve our technical know-how, to ensure timely delivery and to exchange idea and knowledge with our engineers in this region. With help and support from our German Partner through their regional German engineers, our technical personnel are now independent and competent to carry out programming, repairing and trouble shooting of PCB board. This has definitely brought our service to our established customers to a higher level. Also with the strong commitment from Schneider and EITA, we have set up an effective standby domestic zoning system to respond to our customer's call within 30 minutes. We also conduct yearly customer survey or interview with our customers and carry out quarterly preventive maintenance to reduce breakdown of our Elevator system.
