We take the best capabilities of a manufacturing region or manufacturer and match market-suitable products to that capability. We work for the buyer not the factory. We seek to differentiate ourselves from other sourcing agencies by building collections of product that are aimed at Completing the Range or fully leveraging product categories. While we do most of our sourcing in the east we export to South Africa, Europe and most recently to South America which is proving to be a major growth market.
We conduct on-site quality control according to the specifications agreed during the Concept to Product life cycle process. This occurs during manufacture as well as at random before supervised loading takes place. This means our customers benefit because we can provide consistent quality products on time, creating confident buying patterns with acceptably low buffers in stockholding.
The Link International commitment is to deliver proactive sourcing that is both cost effective and confidential. Our intimate local market knowledge, personal project involvement and timely feedback system means we are able to provide category based product solutions that are managed locally after implementation.
Business model: we provide a purchase model based on Indented Purchase of containers F.O.B. generally with a minimum order of one full container for surfaces or 200 to 400 units for bathroomware.
