Company Brief Background
Pioneerfeed intends to develop highly efficient, energized feedstuff and nutrients by utilizing local enormous resources such as crude palm oil and kernel oil. Pioneerfeed would be able to produce the breakthrough emulsified oil with balanced of fatty acid and various products of fat powder The main outcome of the project is to develop new type of energy animal feeds and ingredients, which could improve the effectiveness of the farm animals raising.
Pioneerfeed efforts would make a great contribution for the development of animal feed industry and husbandry. By introducing international advanced bio-technology and testing equipment, our products would not only assist farmers to increase income but also supplying healthier meats to the market for human consumption.
The objectives for which the company of Pioneerfeed are:
( a) To trade all types of animal feed additives and related products and manufacture, research and development of emulsified mixed edible oil (crude palm oil & kernel oil based) using biotechnology involving the following steps for creation of animal feed additives which could dissolve in water to enhance animal digestion and absorption.
Step 1: Enzymatic lipase treatment;
Step 2: Mechanically breaking oil droplet size from 200um to 2 um and adding Phosphatide;
Step 3: Microcapsule imbedding with lecithin based emulsifying agent;
( b) To utilize local available natural substances and resources such as tropical herbal-plants, palm oil, fishmeal, rice husk, PKC and others for livestock energy feeds manufacturing; also focusing in energized aquaculture (prawn / shrimp / fish) feed production development.
( c) To venture into business, contract manufacturing, research and development on further downstream products of emulsified oil, utilizing lipase enzymatic treatment technology to formulate soy bean based Artificial Milk Powder for little cattle, goat / sheep and piglet raising, develop nutrition formula and alternative feed methods to enhance productivity.
Pioneerfeed will cooperate with Beijing Pioneer Livestock Husbandry Technology Co Ltd (or known as ZhongDazh) ; which is located in BingZhou, ShangDong. The company was founded in 1995 and currently has 68 workers. Zhongdazh is the first high-tech corporation in China that engages bio-tech in energy feed trading, research and development. Zhongdazh also has a research team based in the Ministry of Agriculture Feed Industry Center of China so that could work closely with them. Zhongdazh research team includes many experts and scholars from China Agriculture University, China Academy of Agriculture Sciences and Z-park. Their specialties are not limited to animal nutrition, gene specialists but also veterinarians.
