Teh Teik Boay Furnishing Factory Sdn. Bhd.( TTBFF), was incorporated in Malaysia on 11th March, 1981. We are located in Kluang with total land area of 9.7 acres and build-up factory floor space of 100 thousands sq. fts. We have a total capacity of 2,000m3/month in manufacturing all kind of plywood with thickness ranging from 9mm and above.
In response to social responsibility to provide greener environment, we had participated in government initiated project called 'Palm Plywood Project' back in 2006 and had cooperate with various government department, mainly FRIM, MTIB and MPOB to develop a commercial technique to utilized Oil Palm Tree to replace tropical tree in plywood manufacturing. According to studies, Oil Palm Tree have a 30 year life span after which its oil yielding capability drop drastically, and is recommended to be replanted for higher productivity per hectare of land. MPOB reported annually less than 10% of cut-down palm tree is recycled and used in plywood industry. This means that annually there is plenty of Palm Oil tree for plywood industry, with Malaysia being the largest exporter in Palm Oil.
We have successfully develop and converted our facility to (in MTIB own words) 'fully integrated for palm plywood manufacturing'. We are now using veneer from Oil Palm Tree for all our inner ply and only tropical wood veneer for the outer ply.

Our products offering are as follows

1. Plywood with different type of thickness, dimension, and glue including WBP,
MR, Milamine, E0, E1 and etc
2. Veneer with different type of thickness and dimension
3. Core Panel with different type of thickness, dimension, and glue.
- characteristic of core panel:
i. a type of semi-finish plywood that is produced without face/back
veneer.
ii. the panel is being sanded to achieve a uniform thickness across the
panel.
iii. the usage of a core panel is to enable the user to laminate other
type of veneer, pattern paper, and etc on both side of the panel to
turn it into other desired product such as plywood.
