Leader Range Hitech is a subsidiary of Leader Range Technology, located in Penang, Malaysia. We are the maunufacturer for Die Bond and Wire Bond tools and accessories. Leader Range Technology has been in operation for more than 10 years manufacturing RF modules for Intel from Design, Manufacturing and Testing. Leader Range Hitech is in its 2nd year of operations. We have acquired all the state-of-the-art machines to manufacture and inspect wire bond and die bond tools and accesories using Hurco, Saublin and Ewag machines and have been certified for ISO9000 certifcation by Moody International last year.

Our core product ranges from pick up tools (all types) , rubber tip holders, ejector pins (all grades) , dispensing and stamping tools, wire hooks, shear tools (die and ball) and customer made products, etc.
Our staff are made up of an experience team engaging in the same industry.
Our customer based includes Malaysia (MNC and trading house) , Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines and currently we are trying to expand our market to China and Europe.
