In 2006 the family run business was incorporated forming Tropic X Maldives Pvt Ltd. Three divisions of Tropic X Maldives Pvt Ltd are; Tropical Cruise (cruise yacht operations division) , Tropical Breaks (travel agency and tour operator division) and Tropic Marine (fishing and aquarium fish export division) .
