ANSAN Corporation is an enterprise rich in experience and tradition regarding the growing of agave and the manufacture of Tequila. It has an experience of over fifty years encompasing several generations.
With experience aquired over three generations, we can proudly offer a Tequila product that combines the accumulated knowledge of over half-century in the sowing of agave and the manufacturing of Tequila with a 100% traditional procedure.
Tequila Production
Cooking system: Ovens of masonry.
Extraction system of honeys: Trapiche (mechanical mill) .
Fermentation: Tubs of stainless steel (natural) .
Distillation: Distill copper, with open system.
Aging: Casks and Barrels of white oak (five months of rest as minimum) .
