Medina Torres, S.A. de C.V. is a family owned business established in the city of Leon GTO; Mexico.Specialized in tanning of hides for over 65 years.Initialy in veg. tan sole leather only, then in the 80's expanded to processing strap leather as well and giving value aded services to clients, manufacturing unit soles, cut soles, heels amongst others. Later on full hides in wet blue, crust and finished leather for upholstery, automotive as well as other products such as bleached raw hide, dog bones and collagen. WE NO LONGER PARTICIPATE IN INTERNATIONAL FAIRS BECAUSE WE BELIEVE IN ENHANCING AND GROWING PERSONALRELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS. WE VISIT OUR CURRENT AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, INVITE THEM TO THE TANNERY AND SHOW ROOM FOR A BETTER AND MORE ACCURATE HANDS ON NEGOTIATION.We currently employ over 350 people and have diversified our product lines to satisfy our client's needs, new market trends andadapted to the environmental requirements.85% of out total sales are for export markets such as: USA, Canada, Costa Rica, Pto. Rico, El Salvador, Colombia, Guatemala, Germany, Enlgand, Japan, India, China, South Africa andAustralia.
