Cafinco's coffee tradition embarked 40 ago when Don Jose Alvarez, a visionary and pioneer in the coffee industry started a small green coffee house that soon after turned into a consolidated export company. Cafinco is located in Cordoba Veracruz (Mexico) only 60 miles west of the port of Veracruz in the Gulf of Mexico.

In 1968 CAFINCO commenced with its production of roasted and ground coffee. 10 years later the instant or soluble plant was created to produce up to 160 tons per month of spray dried and/or agglomerated coffee.

Today Cafinco is a solid coffee roaster making private labels products for customers in Mexico, Centro America and the US such as Wal-Mart, Save A Lot and Aldi among other big accounts. In order to service our customers in the US our subsidiary CAFINCO USA, Inc., located in Laredo, TX. has a storage capacity of 18,000 square feet. CAFINCO USA store and distribute product all across the United States.

Cafinco's ISO 9001-2000 certificate allow us to earn at the same time the accreditation of the RAB (Registers Accreditation Board) in the United States of America and the UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) in the UNITED KINGDOM. All brands are Orthodox Union certified and more important we recently received a certification from the American Institute of Bakery (AIB) International for being one of the few food companies and the first coffee roaster in Mexico to comply with its food safety regulations.

In CAFINCO we take very seriously the process of selecting only the best coffee beans from Mexico in order to obtain the following coffee products tasted day by day and throughout the world:

Roasted and Ground Coffee Regular and Decaff packed in tins of 1 kilo and 364gms.
Bags are packed with 500gms and 1 kilo of ground coffee.
Spray dried coffee regular and decaff packed in bulk sizes up to 30 kilos cardboard boxes.
Agglomerated coffee regular and decaff packed in retail sizes of 50, 100 and 200gms and bulk sizes of 10 kilo cardboard boxes.
Organic roasted and ground, spray dried and agglomerated coffee. This is packed like the other agglomerated and spray dried coffee.
Liquid Extract Coffee mostly used for the food service industry is packed in boxes of 2 boxes of 2liters each. 1 liter yields up to 230 cups of 200ml. It also varies depending the customer likes.
2 in 1 (Milk substitute and Spray Dried Coffee) packed depending on the customer needs.
Flavored Powders to make either hot or cold cappuccino beverages packed in bags of 500 gms and 1 Kilo.
Coffee Kits with filter and accessories (sugar, cream, napkins, stirs) packed in 100 units per box. Size of coffee bags are 24gm.
