The products that we handle are Moro crabmeat, pacific stone crabmeat (cancer anntenarius, cancer productus). This product is canned and then pasteurized, 100% natural, without conservatives and with the most strict quality control care.
The Pasteurization process is carried out in order to maintain the freshness of the product by this been able to be kept refrigerated, NOT FROZEN, which gives it a much better quality. It also allows keeping it refrigerated for at least 18 months.
