Greensquare Investments sells cement through its distribution network to the building and construction industry, concrete product manufacturers, and retail outlets, such as builders merchants, hardware stores, and DIY centers. The company also exports cement to other African countries. Our headquarters are in Windhoek, Namibia.Product Support Services:Due to the length of time needed for cement export, our cement is carefully handled during the process of bagging, loading, trucking and discharging. Special care is taken in storage to protect our cement from leakage, breakage and caking. All our bagged cement is carefully stored in dry warehouses. Greensquare Investments has warehouse facilities with adequate space in the Port of Walvisbay to stock bulk cement for our large customers. In addition, there is a separate custom area that is especially dedicated to smaller runs. Customers have the convenience of either making use of our transport network or using their own. By making use of the Port of Walvisbay, our customers have the convenience of The Walvis Bay Corridors, an integrated system of well-maintained tarred roads and rail networks accommodating all modes of transport from the Port of Walvis Bay via the Trans-Kalahari, Trans-Caprivi, Trans-Cunene, and Trans-Oranje Corridors providing landlocked SADC countries access to transatlantic markets.Product:Greensquare Investments are the sole distributers in Namibia of CONCH Ordinary Portland cement. Our cement performs according to international cement standards; we distribute Type /II cement based on ASTM C150 in PII 42.5R and PII 32.5R. All our cement comes packed in 50 kg bags unitized in 2mt Jumbo sling bags.CONCH Cement products are all produced under a Dry Process System, with an advanced QCX in line control system certified and controlled under the ISO9001standard. The majority of Conch products have obtained the certificates of ISO9000:2000 Quantity system, and ISO14000 Environment System.
