The company adopted the new name Dofra Foodtec in 2008 after the take-over of Backus Foodtec (est. 2003) by Dofra (est. 1959) and employs over 50 employees.
The product range includes machinery and complete fresh cut processing lines for potatoes, onions, peppers, carrots, gherkins, lettuce, mushrooms, celeriac, aubergines etc.
Customers of our machinery can be found in Europe, Asia, Pacific, North and South America and Russia and include some of the largest fresh processors world wide.
