North Sawn Lumber has been in operation for the past 14 years, based 1.5 hrs north of New Zealand's main city Auckland in the costal settlement of Ruakaka.
North Sawn Lumber is one of New Zealand's leading pine remanufactures and treatment plants harnessing the worlds leading timber treatment technologies and incorporating them into Radiata Pine production.
NSL has the capability to process the following volumes,
- Machining/Planning 400,000 lineal metres per month
- Treating MCA/CCA/LOSP 20,000 cubic metres per month
- Finger jointing 200,000 lineal metres per month
- Paint Line 120,000 lineal metres per month
- Optimisation/Cut to Length 1000 cubic metres per month
North Sawn's dedicated treatment tanks allow for speedy treatment of timber products, below are the products and hazard classes we can offer,
- CCA (Copper Chromium Arsenic) H3.2, H4, H5
- MCA (Micronised Copper Azole) H3.2, H4, H5
- LOSP (Light Organic Solvent Preservative) H3.1
- Boron H1.2
Our Remanufacturing plant processes many different products, the following are a range of our most common,
