It is a member of a bigger group- with interests in Drilling, Telecommunication Engineering, Equipment Salas/Services, Medicals, General Procurement, as well as in Communication, Energy and High Technology and Consultancy Services.
It is registered by the Nigerian Department of Petroleum Resources as an Oil Industry Services Company. It is also registered by the United Nations and major Oil Companies in Nigeria as well as several other private public government agencies as either Contractors or Consultants.
The Company is guided by a Management Committee consisting of reputable Executive Directors who are entrusted with the day to day running of the Company. Divisional Managers report directly to the Executive Directors.
The Company's successful records so far has been on the ability of its management team to prepare and complete projects to the highest professional standards on time, or more often ahead of time. Each project is prepared carefully at the proposal and design stages through to the final construction
