Company History (Hatech Solutions Ventures: Beginnings)
Hatech Solutions Ventures was founded in 2004, and got registered on the 29th of June 2005 with the CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION in Abuja-Nigeria. Hsv is a sister company of Hamonis and Coy. Founded between three blood families (S. A Adeyemi, K. D Adeyemi, H. A. Adeyemi) in Lagos Nigeria. Their goal was simple, yet profound: To become the dominant e-services and consulting firm in Nigeria and then expanding the reach outside the border of the country. The strong belief of providing end-to-end electronic applications consulting, and assists companies to receive information anywhere, anytime and in the most efficient format has led to growth in Hatech Solutions first years of operations.
