Let the Buyer get the cost of raising MT799 in writing from his Bank addressed to him the Buyer and let him forward it to us, within two Banking days we will escrow the cash of the cost of raising MT799 to him. Then let the Buyer upon confirming from his Bank that the money have been es-crowed raise the MT799 fro 2 Million Barrels of Bonny Light Crude Oil for the Seller. Seller confirms and load within 7 Days and move vessel to Togo or Cotonou and invite Buyer's inspectors on board the vessel to perform Q&Q, after that Buyer places full charter on the vessel and take over and pay.
