We have to ability to load a potential buyer if he brings his / her vessel to Togo Blue Line, we can load it immediately provided the buyers can provide VALID CPA, Q88, ATL AND PRE LC OR BG.
The vessel will be loaded within 48 hours of receiving the valid documents listed above. All our products have products (CIF, FOB, TTT, TTO)
We are ONLY interested and inviting potential buyers who have the financial capabilities to buy the crude oil, to this regards it is due to a lot of buyers disappointed after there vessel is loaded, and we find out that they cannot afford to raise the LC / BG not to talk of paying for the product.
