SAVOUR ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED has been in operation since 2005 but was fully incorporated in Nigeria 0n 10th April 2008 under the company and allied matters act 1990. With registration number RC740825 It is a limited liability company with 100% share holding by Nigerians.

It went to business as a civil/mechanical engineering, and construction company. At present, fifteen people mainly engineers, technicians, administrative staff are in the employment list of SAVOUR ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED. Other categories of staff are recruited as the need arises. We have sound organization frame of specialist staff whose skills have been proven outstanding in their various fields.

SAVOUR ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED is well equipped with the most up to date training, experience and equipment to tackle various aspects of engineering, environmental and procurement problems.

The multi-disciplinary nature of the organization deepens and enriches its specialization in many fields of service and makes possible the viewing of projects from wide spectrum of angles and combine in approaching them with deep and broad technical understanding.
The concentration of skill, knowledge and experience of diversified and yet highly specialized staff of SAVOUR ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED to handle an assignment is of particular relevance to a developing economy where goals and constraints are often highly inter-related.

The overall objective of the company is to contribute in building, maintaining and sustaining the Nigerian environment using a combination of modern technology, proven skills, as well as the proper knowledge and understanding of our environment. Local sourcing of labour/Material in line with the demand of the present economy is particularly emphasized.

MODE OF OPERATIONS:

SAVOUR ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED operates through these distinctive divisions namely, contracting, supply, leasing & services.

a.Contracting: We undertake projects like civil works, bridge construction, piling work, soil test, pile load test, fabrication works, and dredging.

b.Suppliers: This aspect of operation undertakes the procurement (foreign and local purchase) supply. We also procure supply materials like spare parts, oil tools, steel pipe casing, plates e.t.c.

c.Leasing: This division is into automotive and marine equipment leasing Heavy duty trucks, tippers, earth moving equipment and Tug boats, barges, services vessels, piling rigs, air compressors, welding machines e.t.c.


FINANCIAL POSITION/SOURCE OF FUNDS
SAVOUR ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED operates its corporate account with Bank PHB, Zenith Bank, Oceanic Bank. All projects executed by the company are funded using the company funds and in some cases through Bank facilities. No project undertaking by SAVOUR ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED has been delayed as a result of unavailability of funds that the company is due to provide.
