Our Marine Shipping Company is a backbone power in Sinotrans Jiangsu Group Corporation. She is employing about 30 various sized vessels at any given time (DWT from 1,000mts to 40,000mts) including general cargo ships, bulk carriers, logger, heavy-lifter ships and tanker etc. Our department is called SINOCHARTJS for short. We are one of the leading and independent marine chartering brokers and shipbrokers in China and Far East. We have tremendous experience in shipments between ports in Asia and Oceania. We enjoy a significant position in the worldwide brokerage of ships and cargoes. In China, our business areas covers Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Guangxi, Taiwan, Shanghai and Hong kong. Our department was established in 1985. We currently operates with a staff of six persons who are capable of maintaining excellent performance while attending the marine business, and specializes in marine chartering, ship's sale and purchase, international freight forwarding and consolidations etc. Our staff is daily involved in time and voyage chartering, dry cargo fixtures and Sale and Purchase. Our department brokers contracts for the movement of grains and agricultural commodities, fertilizers, chemicals, steel products and project/oversize shipments. Our major clients include, among others: Shougang Group, Baogang Group, Magang Group, Cargill, Mitsubishi, Glencore, Newco, LG Ltd, SK Global, BHL, ABB Group and F Man.
