PVC PIPES AND PVC FITTINGS

PVC pipes is the second major product of Kawsar Engineering Pvt Ltd. Kawsar Engineering started its regular production of unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride PVC Pressure and non pressure pipe system for cold potable water and other industrial. It is one of the best PVC Pipe manufacturing Unit in Pakistan.


PPR Pipes

PPR piping systems can be used for distribution systems in housing administration and community buildings as well as for industrial installations. PPR is designed for transport of cold and hot water. It is also used for the distribution of compressed air. PPR is the first complete PPR piping system in Pakistan that conforms to international quality and safety standards.
In order to take advantage of its chemical resistance and other system properties and use of system for transport of other liquids gaseous or solid media an individual assessment of any such case would be needed.

HDPE Pipes

Kawsar is a large manufacturer of plastic pressure pipe systems made out of high-density polyethylene HDPE a polyethylene thermoplastic. These pipes are used for waste water and piped water.
High-density polyethylene HDPE or polyethylene high-density PEHD is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum. It takes one kilograms of petroleum in terms of energy and raw materials to make one kilogram of HDPE. HDPE is commonly recycled and has the number 2 as its recycling symbol. In 2007 the global HDPE market reached a volume of more than 30 million tons.

CPVC Pipes

Kawsar CPVC is PVC polyvinyl chloride that has been chlorinated via a free radical chlorination reaction. This reaction is typically initiated by application of thermal or UV energy utilizing various approaches. In the process chlorine gas is decomposed into free radical chlorine which is then reacted with PVC in a post-production step essentially replacing a portion of the hydrogen in the PVC with chlorine.
Depending on the method a varying amount of chlorine is introduced into the polymer allowing for a measured way to fine tune the final properties. The chlorine content may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer the base can be as low as PVC 56.7 to as high as 74 by mass although most commercial
