We are a textile based company acting as Buying & Inspection Agents for foreign importers of textiles from Pakistan in the field of Home Textiles Fabrics i. e. 100% Cotton Fabrics like Bed Sheets / Pillow Fabrics which is specialised made for Hotels / Hospitals for European Standards of Quailty alongwith Terry Towels / Terry Fabrics and Bathrobes. Our job includes the following: - We have a large pool of suppliers whom we have been working for a long time. Also, we use our experience and presence to select the best supplier for a required item and negotiate the most competitive prices and deliveries. - Our team is specialized to check the quality of production on behalf of the customer, making sure that he gets his required quality from a reliable exporter. We have a system of procedures that are undertaken to ensure the adherence to quality standards including In-Line inspections and a very thorough Final Inspection. Random samples are picked from the lot and customer is kept updated with the help of photographs via email sent to the customer for his record, and / or approval. - We keep the customer continuously updated with the status of his orders. This information is communicated not just through the mails and telephone calls, but also with the help of photographs which are sent digitally for clearer picture. - Our service not just ends with the shipment of the order, but also with informing the customer about the status of the shipments, its ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) , documentation, etc. - We charge a very nominal commission for our services, which we try to more than justify by the quality of our service. Our service charges are only 2% which include the costs of communication, salaries of professionals hired to look after the production and shipments, and cost of traveling to different cities of Pakistan. We are so confident of our service that we require our commission to be paid only after the customer has received the goods and is satisfied with the quality. You can just consider us to be your MEN here in Pakistan looking after your interests, making sure that your purchasing is as per your required standards. Also, we keep the customer continuously informed of the price trends in the market helping him make the right decisions with regards to the prices as well timings of his purchasing. We advise the customer about the information we can gather about any supplier such as his reputation, quality capability etc. We also plan the visits of our customers by arranging appointments and the trips so that the best is made of their time while in Pakistan.
