Fazal Cloth Mills Limited was incorporated in 1966. The Company set up its first Spinning unit in 1972 in Muzafargarh. At present the Company owns and operates 4 Spinning Plants comprising 146, 760 Spindles and 2 Gas Fired Power Generation Plants producing 15. 15 MW for supply of electricity to its Spinning Plants. For the Year July 2005 to June 2006, Turnover of the company was Rs. 5, 128 Million. Exports were Rs. 2, 778 Million. The Company Provides Employment to 2, 873 people. The Company was listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange in 1970. Since its listing the company has maintained a regular dividend payout, paying cash dividends or bonus shares in 26 years out of the 35 years it has been listed. It's count range is Ne 4 / 1-Ne 100 / 1 in Carded, Combed, Compact, Core Spun, Multitwist / Multicount / Slub, Double and Zero Twist Yarns. These Yarns are produced with Cotton, Rayon, Polyester Cotton, Modal Cotton and Bamboo Cotton Fibers. It also produces certified SUPIMA, ORGANIC, GIZA, LYCRA and USA Cotton Yarns.
