Fleafel company had practically started in 1991 when Mr. Zeid othman and Mr. Hasan owkal started a shop for selling strings and textile industry accessories in tulkarm north of west bank. Later in 1991 they established a small textile workshop with a few machines as and expansion for their trade business towards industry, both the shop as well as the small workshop formed a good start and the solid base and source of experience for fleafel company.
In 1995, Mr. Zaid othman and Mr. Hasan owkal established a new big factory under the name of fleafel company for trading & textile industry with a total capital of 150000 (one hundred fifty thousand) jordanian diners.
