Currently we can source raw washed arabica beans, freshly roasted arabica beans or even freshly packed grinded beans. Most coffee in PNG is organically grown from the cool highlands of PNG which boasts an average temperature of 20 to 25 degree celcus and having a equally dry/wet season throughout te year. 60% of the coffee is still organically produced at village levels family farms.
