The Foundation was established in 1999 to provide livelihood services to urban poor communities, workers, farmers and fisherfolk. In 2004 it started to take charge in the marketing and trading of its beneficiaries products like virgin coconut oil and other coco by-products and appropriate agricultural farm tools and equipments.
