organic glutinous violet rice; organic maize; organic vegetables; organic yacon; organic garlic;
organic muscovado cane sugar; organic unsulphured molasses; untreated raw pili nuts;
free-range native chickens; organic chicken eggs; bio-organic fertilizer; and compost activators.
4) Our organic rices and organic muscovado cane sugar are certified-organic.
5) Our equipment: trucks to transport produce; and, portable rice mills.
Everything else is done by manual labor, using rather primitive methods.
